SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Utah launched a new program Wednesday aimed at helping people who repeatedly cycle through homelessness, jails and emergency services.
The ARCH Project will provide structured supervision and support services to qualifying people with repeated misdemeanor convictions, according to the Utah Department of Corrections. Judges may order eligible participants into the program as a condition of probation.
