A shapewear brand co-founded by Kim Kardashian has opened its first Utah store at City Creek mall.
State of play: Skims opened last week at the downtown mall owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
- The store specializes in bodysuits, loungewear and underwear available in neutral colors and a wide range of sizes.
What they’re saying: Natalie Watson, City Creek’s director of marketing and business development, told Millcreek City Lifestyle that there’s “tremendous consumer awareness and excitement” around Skims’ arrival.
- “It really reflects how mature the market has become, and national brands are now recognizing the strength of the community here in Salt Lake City,” she said.
