Woman repeatedly threatens owner of local teen treatment center, police say

DAVIS COUNTY, Utah ( ABC4 ) — Police say a woman called a local treatment facility for teenagers and threatened to kill the owner’s brother as an act of retribution. But the alleged harassment and threats didn’t stop there.

According to court documents, Sheena Savabi, 36, was arrested and charged on Thursday after she allegedly called a treatment facility in Davis County over 100 times this month and left threatening voicemails.

On the calls, Savabi claimed she was going to sue for the death of her brother “who had spent some time at the facility over 20 years before and subsequently killed himself in 2008,” court documents said.

She allegedly said she wanted “atonement” by killing the owner’s brother and later called saying she had gone to the owner’s house and it “was smaller than she expected.” Police say she also left messages threatening the security guard and the receptionist.

In several voicemails, she spoke about having borderline personality disorder and said “with one doctor’s note she can get away with an assault,” court documents said.
