TOOELE, Utah – Emergency responders have recovered the body of a 20-year-old man who fell through the ice at Settlement Canyon Reservoir Monday night. Tooele City police got a call for help for a man who’d fallen through the ice around 6:55 p.m. The caller said the victim was rescuing a woman who had fallen through the ice. But by doing so, the man ended up submerged under the ice himself.
