South Jordan mother raises concern over use of ‘seclusion rooms’ in public schools

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah (KUTV) – A South Jordan mother, concerned about her son with autism, is raising alarm over the use of “seclusion rooms” in public education. “Seclusion rooms” can be found in every state. In fact, some states like Missouri have lawmakers trying to ban them right now. But not all parents know what they are. One mother said she had no idea until her son brought it to her attention.
