WWE News: Huge Change In Plans Possible For Friday Night SmackDown This Week

WWE officials might be forced to make a key change to its upcoming episode of Friday Night SmackDown.

This Friday’s show emanates from the Delta Center in Salt Lake City. It’ll be a stacked show as The Rock will be making his return along with Roman Reigns to address slapping Cody Rhodes across the face in Las Vegas and the power struggle with WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque.

WWE United States Champion Logan Paul will also be in action. He’ll face The Miz for a spot in the men’s Elimination Chamber match in Perth.

With all that said. there is one crucial match planned for the show that may need to be altered.

There are two women’s Elimination Chamber qualifying matches set for the February 16 episode of SmackDown. Naomi is scheduled to meet Zelina Vega, while recent NXT callup Tiffany Stratton had been expected to face Shotzi. It’s likely that plans will have to change for the latter match.
