The alleged epicenter of all things snowboarding, Brighton Resort, is finally celebrating top notch conditions this year. Better late than never.
This winter, especially compared to last, was a very slow start to the snowy season. Some people even started losing hope. But the snow has finally arrived, and Salt Lake City shredders aka Brighton locals are taking full advantage of the A grade conditions.
The weekend at Brighton attracted the likes of major pro boarders and major industry players including Blake Paul, Parker Szumowski, Mikey LeBlanc, Chris Grenier, David Benedek, Dan Liedahl, Mike Bogs, Stefi Luxton, Katie Kennedy, Stan Levielle, and more.
The reason that Brighton differentiates itself from other resorts and attracts all of these big name boarders and locals alike is for many reasons. One of those reasons is its accessibility to vast terrain. There are innumerable amounts of side country and back country terrain accessible with just a short hike or boot pack off of one of Brighton’s lifts.
