SALT LAKE CITY- Northern Utah is getting a break from the rain and snow, however strong winds are expected to take their place. KSL Meteorologist Kevin Eubank said winds coming from the east will start picking up in Utah on Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The strongest winds are expected Thursday morning and Friday morning.
