Years after he was last seen leaving for a construction site in Salt Lake City, the family of a missing construction worker in Utah is in dire need of information. On November 20, 2017, Justin Hooiman left for work at around six in the morning. Along the way, he gave his mother a call, and they agreed to have lunch together.
