Dorian Singer Gives Critical Cameron Rising Update Ahead of Key Conference Matchup

After Utah’s practice on Monday, wide receiver Dorian Singer was asked about Cameron Rising’s status and what his return to the team will mean. Singer was confident his quarterback will return for a pivotal matchup against Oklahoma State on Saturday.

“He’s going to be ready to go this week,” Singer said. “We’re expecting the same things as where he left off or even better. We’re expecting the whole offense to rally around him.”

True freshman Isaac Wilson impressed in his start last week, finishing with 239 passing yards and three touchdowns with just one interception. Singer said he was impressed that Wilson “is a young guy but plays like a vet.”

Still, Rising’s return is crucial for a team that hopes to win the Big 12 and secure a guaranteed berth in the College Football Playoff this season.

Utah is currently favored to win the Big 12 at +300 odds on FanDuel Sportsbook , and Oklahoma State is ranked third at +600. This game will have significant implications for the remainder of the Utes’ season, and it sounds like Rising will be back to lead his team in this colossal road challenge.
