SANDY, Utah (KUTV) – Sandy police have made an arrest in a road rage incident involving someone firing a shot. At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8, a motorcyclist became involved in what Sandy police believe to be a road rage incident on 1300 East, near 9400 South.
