A multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 15 in Sandy caused major delays for commuters headed towards Salt Lake City early Thursday.
The accident was in the middle of the northbound lanes near 9800 South, involving a white van that appeared to ram into the back of an SUV.
Most lanes of the highway were shut down to clear the accident. As of 10:30 a.m., I-15 had fully reopened to traffic.
It’s not known if there are any injuries…
