Almost 1,000 fentanyl pills were confiscated by the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) of the Salt Lake City Police Department as a part of an investigation into drugs and firearms. The SLCPD’s SWAT team conducted the search warrant execution on Friday, with their attention focused on a residence near 700 West North Temple, which ultimately led to the substantial drug seizure.
