SALT LAKE CITY — A SWAT situation occurred on Salt Lake City’s east side on Thursday, after a woman barricaded herself inside a home, according to the Salt Lake City Police Department.
According to Detective Dalton Beebe with SLCPD, the department’s SWAT team was called out to a residence on Mohawk Circle at around 7:45 a.m. on Thursday, after a social worker reported a woman in the home was experiencing mental health issues.
