Driver arrested for crashes with pedestrians in Salt Lake now linked to Summit County case

PARK CITY — A Murray man already facing multiple attempted murder charges for a series of hit-and-run crashes in Salt Lake County has now been linked to another case in Summit County.

Anh Day Pham, 28, was charged Thursday in Summit County’s 3rd District Court with attempted murder, a first-degree felony, or, in the alternative, aggravated assault, a third-degree felony.
