SNYDERVILLE, Utah — On Mother’s Day around 7:00 p.m., George, a beloved 13-year-old mixed breed dog, jumped the fence of his backyard in the Silver Springs neighborhood.
At approximately 7:25 p.m. the same day, someone brought a dog matching George’s description into Bark City Veterinary Specialists—just a tenth of a mile from his home. A staff member scanned the dogs microchip and provided the finder with the dog owner’s contact information.
But the call to Georges owners never came. Over 24 hours have passed since a dog with a similar description to George was brought in, and George is still missing. After speaking with the microchip company the family does not believe George was the dog brought in. His family is heartbroken and deeply concerned for his well-being. They have reported the missing dog to the police and are now asking the community for help…
