SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Two men were arrested in connection with a large drug trafficking organization operating in Utah.
Fabian Covarrubias-Labrador, 36, and Edgar Oliver Aguilar-Galaviz, 19, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, a first-degree felony, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor, the affidavit states.
Detectives with the Utah County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Task Force had been investigating the drug trafficking organization, which primarily dealt in Salt Lake and Utah counties, since March 2025.
