MAGNA — Three people face criminal charges tied to a drug lab found in a garage at a Magna home where two young children were living.
Thomas Jason Vu, 45, of Murray, and Cristacy Angelina Zdunich, 21, of Magna, were each charged Tuesday in 3rd District Court with operating a clandestine lab, a first-degree felony; two counts of child endangerment, a third-degree felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor, and other charges.
On May 21, following several weeks of investigation into Vu, a search warrant was served by the West Jordan Street Crimes Unit and SWAT team members at a home in Magna near 8700 West and 2600 South.
