Semi-truck driver jackknifes in middle of Salt Lake road, arrested on suspicion of DUI

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A seasoned semi-truck driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Stephen Troy Larsen, 58, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, a class B misdemeanor, and improper U-turn, an infraction.

On Monday, a Utah Highway Patrol trooper responded to the scene of a double semi-truck that had jack-knifed in the middle of the road.
