SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Eleven new hymns have been added to the new hymnbook for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, “Hymns — For Home and Church.”
The new additions bring the total number of songs added to the new hymnbook to 48, according to the Church. Among the list of new hymns is “His Voice as the Sound,” a hymn that is regularly performed by the Tabernacle Choir, including during the general conference in October 2018.

- “I’m a Pioneer Too”
- “As I Keep the Sabbath Day”
- “Read the Book of Mormon and Pray”
- “I’m Gonna Live So God Can Use Me”
- “The Lord’s My Shepherd”
- “Because”
- “His Voice as the Sound”
- “O Lord, Who Gave Thy Life for Me”
- “Still, Still, Still”
