Teen accusesd of brandishing fake gun at Draper In-N-Out during argument

DRAPER, Utah (KUTV) — A 19-year-old was arrested Friday after allegedly assaulting three men and brandishing a gun during an argument at the Draper In-N-Out Burger.

Police said Colton David Hymas was at a nearby car meet with two other men and two women on May 24. The group went to the restaurant from the event, and an argument broke out between Hymas and another man over an offensive comment directed at the two women. The confrontation turned physical when Hymas and another man with him reportedly punched the individual in the jaw. The two other men with the victim were also struck — one in the abdomen and one in the arm. Police said none of them had visible injuries.

Restaurant employees and customers contacted police immediately after the fight. Officers responded but did not locate the suspects at the scene…
