TAYLORSVILLE, Utah, June 22, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) — A 60-year-old man was arrested for alleged aggravated assault and reckless driving Thursday after he reportedly hit an e-bike rider in what police say was a road rage incident.
Scott Michael Ryan, 60, was driving an SUV during the collision, says his arrest document, filed by an officer of the Taylorsville Police Department.
