WEST VALLEY CITY — A Murray man was charged Tuesday with stabbing a woman who has a protective order against him 20 times.
Ender Vicente Pacheco Hernandez, 32, is charged in 3rd District Court with attempted murder, a first-degree felony; three counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child, aggravated assault and failing to stop for police, third-degree felonies; violating a protective order, a class A misdemeanor; and causing property damage, a class B misdemeanor.
On June 13, Hernandez approached the vehicle occupied by a woman with whom he had children, which was parked in an apartment complex near 2300 West and 3600 South.
