COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah (KUTV) — Cottonwood Heights Chief of Police Robby Russo said the city will advocate for a revision to a new law that stops vehicles from traveling or parking in designated bike lanes.
House Bill 290, called “Bicycle Lane Safety Amendments,” “clarifies when vehicles may be in bicycle lane,” and “restricts obstructing a bicycle lane.”
