SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A new report revealed a significant shift in housing trends among retirees in Salt Lake City, with a 51% increase in the number of retirees opting to rent homes over the past decade.
This trend, highlighted in a study by Point 2 Homes, shows a stark contrast to other age groups, such as those aged 55 to 64, where the number of renters has decreased by 5% over the same period.
