SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A Utah-based non-profit that delivers food to some of the state’s most vulnerable residents is on the brink of shutting down, just as food insecurity surges across the state.
The Food Justice Coalition, known for preparing and delivering nutritious meals to individuals experiencing homelessness and low-income families, said it could be forced to close within the next 30 days.
