Donations reach $430,000 for employees affected by Main Street fire

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Downtown Alliance, a non-profit organization in Salt Lake City, has raised $430,000 for employees affected by the fire on Main Street that occurred last week.

On Monday, August 11, 2025, around 9:30 p.m., a fire broke out and destroyed five businesses on Main Street in Salt Lake City. Over 200 employees worked at those businesses and have been displaced from work.
