WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah, Sept. 8, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) — West Valley City police were dispatched to the scene after a toddler was found wandering on the roadway Sunday evening.
The caller had found the child, a 3-year-old girl, and spoke to a neighbor who identified the child’s house.
“The caller went to the address and found the door open,” says an arrest document filed for Flavio Ramirez, 30. “The caller was unable to get anyone to come outside so they checked the house and found an infant child sleeping in a bedroom in the back of the house and no adult was in the home.”…
