MILLCREEK, Utah, Sept. 15, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) — Unified Police were dispatched to a possible stabbing at a local bar Sunday night and found a man bleeding from the mouth.
A court document filed in the arrest of Joseph Joe Billy, 32, says it turned out the victim had been punched, and Billy had been disarmed after displaying a folding knife with the blade extended.
