SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah, Sept. 15, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) — A 25-year-old West Valley City man was arrested Saturday afternoon in Lehi after a report he had brandished a firearm at someone while in a moving vehicle.
Police were told the vehicle, a black BMW, had last been seen pulling into the Holiday Oil in Saratoga Springs. Officers found it parked in front of the business. They commanded the occupant, Johnansen Ramirez Rodriguez, to exit the vehicle, the arrest document says.
“At this point, Johnansen sped away onto the sidewalk of the Holiday Oil and then led police on a several minute long pursuit until finally crashing the vehicle into the river on 1900 S. Center St. in Lehi,” says the arrest document filed by a Saratoga Springs Police officer…
