MORGAN — Troopers have identified the victim of a Sunday crash on I-84 near Morgan as Deziree Dawn Rinquest, 52, of South Jordan.
At 10:32 a.m., a Jeep Grand Cherokee traveling west on I-84 left the road and struck a semitruck that was parked on the road’s shoulder, according to a statement from the Utah Highway Patrol.
