SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Sept. 17, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) — Salt Lake City Police officials arrested a man Tuesday after he allegedly entered the Goldman Sachs building at 222 S. Main St. holding a loaded gun and appearing confused and intoxicated.
Oscar Josue Gomez, 39, was arrested for investigation of the alleged crimes of:
- Prohibited dangerous weapon conduct, category II, firearm, a third-degree felony
- Threatening with use of a dangerous weapon in a fight/quarrel, a class A misdemeanor
- Disorderly conduct, an infraction
A SLCPD officer employed part-time at the business took Gomez into custody.
