A young boy who was staying in Utah was reportedly abducted by a relative nearly two decades ago. He would be 24 years old today.
Jose Antonio Sisco Ramirez was just a few weeks shy of turning five years old when he reportedly disappeared while staying in northern Utah in February of 2006. His story has been shared on numerous missing persons websites, including forthelost.org.
Ramirez, who has family in Venezuela, might still be living in northern Utah. He was last seen on January 26, 2006, according to the Utah Department of Public Safety.

Jose Ramirez was scheduled to return to his native Venezuela through a signed agreement in February of 2006, but never made the trip, according to details shared on forthelost.org.
