SALT LAKE CITY — A 59-year-old man has died after he was hit by a car while cycling in downtown Salt Lake City Monday evening, police said.
Salt Lake City Police Sgt. Miles Southworth said the crash happened about 7:29 p.m. near 500 S. 300 West. First responders arrived at the scene and treated Scott Hunt, who suffered “critical life-threatening injuries,” Salt Lake police said in a news release Tuesday.
