WOODS CROSS — The Woods Cross Police Department is mourning the loss of a retired K-9 police dog who helped locate missing children and track down individuals wanted by law enforcement, the agency announced Friday.
For a decade, K-9 “Ranger” served as a member of the police department, contributing to countless successful operations and leaving a lasting impression with every officer and person who had the opportunity of meeting him, the department said in a Facebook post.
