WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — An officer was left with a dislocated finger after an altercation at Valley Fair Mall.
On Tuesday, Nov. 18, Jonathan Love, 46, was arrested and could face charges including aggravated assault, a third-degree felony, and aggravated commercial obstruction, a second-degree felony, among others.
Love was trespassed by mall security after he was reportedly using the bathroom to shave and “made a mess.” He allegedly refused to leave after mall security became involved.
