SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah, Nov. 18, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) — The Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a hiker who died Thursday after falling from Mount Superior, in Big Cottonwood Canyon.
The victim was Tanner Baran, 21, of Salt Lake City, a SLCo Sheriff‘s Office statement says.
