KEARNS — Police have arrested a man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend multiple times in Kearns early Wednesday.
Unified police arrested Lucas Patrick, 22, Wednesday afternoon during a traffic stop near 4400 West and 3500 South. He was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of attempted murder, aggravated assault, seven counts of shooting a gun and causing injury and domestic violence in the presence of a child.
He is accused of shooting his former girlfriend six times in her home near 5500 W. Nautilus Drive just before 1:30 a.m. Another man who was in the house was also shot once, said Unified Police Sgt. Aymee Race. Both victims were taken to a local hospital. The man has since been released…
