Murder charge filed months after deadly Taylorsville fight

TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (ABC4) — The two men arrested following a deadly fight in July have now been charged. The fight occurred in the early hours of July 5 in Taylorsville.

Miguel Angel Rivera, 34, is charged with murder, a first-degree felony. Juan Jose Perez Rivera, 37, is charged with aggravated assault resulting in loss of consciousness and obstruction of justice, both second-degree felonies…
