Ngabo Gasbato, 29, has been charged with one count of aggravated assault (third-degree felony), three counts of commission of domestic violence in the presence of a child using strangulation (third-degree felonies), four counts of assault (Class B Misdemeanor), and one count of damage to or interruption of communication device (Class B Misdemeanor).
