On November 29, 2025, a gray Audi SQ5 driven by 21-year-old Jose Jimenez entered the southbound lanes of I-15 from the 600 South off-ramp in Salt Lake City, traveling in the wrong direction. The Audi collided head-on with a black Nissan Rogue at 1900 South.
