Police seize 20,000 fentanyl-laced Oxycodone pills in West Jordan

WEST JORDAN, Utah (ABC4) — The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), in conjunction with Utah authorities, were able to identify a local drug distributor and issue an arrest in West Jordan on Thursday.

Norlan Guillermo Andino Torres, 33, was arrested in Salt Lake County on charges of of trafficking fentanyl (first-degree felony), distribution of a controlled substance (second-degree felony), and failure to stop at command of law enforcement (class-A misdemeanor).

In May 2025, the Davis Metro Narcotics Strike Force launched an investigation with the FBI, collectively known as the Wasatch Metro Drug Task Force, into a drug trafficking organization.
