RHOSLC Star Jen Shah Sued Texas Prison Warden Over Confinement Ahead of Her Release
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah filed a lawsuit against a Texas prison warden shortly before being released from federal custody, alleging she was improperly confined despite earning a sentence reduction, Us Weekly reports.
In court filings, Shah said she completed the Bureau of Prisons’ Residential Drug Abuse Program while incarcerated, which qualified her for a 12-month reduction to her sentence.
