Previously missing 29-year-old runs away again after being released from hospital

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A previously missing 29-year-old man with autism ran away again on Monday night after being released from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints hospital in Salt Lake City.

August Beckwith, who previously went missing on Nov. 17 and was located 24 days later in Taylorsville, has gone missing for the second time.

His mother, Lori Beckwith, said that upon discharge from the LDS hospital on Monday, he ran away heading south. He was last seen around 4:00 p.m. at the intersection of State Street and N. Canyon Rd and is presumed to be continuing south.
