Murder conviction might be vacated after man maintains innocence for years

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A parole hearing from 2022 gives insight into a case that could overturn a man’s 2001 murder conviction after he spent more than 20 years in prison for it.

Adrian Gordon was convicted of the murder of Lee Lundskog in 2001, but last week, the Salt Lake District Attorney’s Office filed a petition to vacate it, citing evidence issues.
