Incident: Recovered Stolen Vehicle Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle parked at a trailhead. Upon investigation, deputies believed the vehicle had been stolen during the night of December 21 in the Salt Lake Valley and abandoned at the trailhead. They also found and collected evidence believed to be related to another nearby incident. The vehicle was secured and the owner was notified.
Incident: DUI Deputies initiated a traffic stop on westbound I-80 for multiple violations. Upon contacting the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, deputies observed obvious signs of alcohol-related impairment. The driver was unable to follow instructions during standardized field sobriety tests and was ultimately taken into custody for DUI. Several opened containers were then located during a vehicle inventory. The driver was booked into the Summit County Jail on multiple charges.
Incident: Non-injury accident A GMC Acadia and a U-haul truck were reported in an accident on Snow Creek Drive. No one was injured.

Incident: Vehicle Burglary A resident reported that a wallet and a dash camera had been stolen from their vehicle sometime between 10:30 p.m. and 09:30 a.m. No suspect information was able to be provided and there is no video surveillance of the incident…
