SALT LAKE CITY — Two men shot and killed outside a church Wednesday night are being remembered for how they made positive changes in their lives, and served as examples around them, according to a longtime friend.
Albert Kupu said Sione Vatuvei and Vaea Tulikihihifo were attending a viewing for one of his relatives when gunfire erupted outside the church near 600 N. Redwood road. Both men were caught in the crossfire, Kupu said.
Kupu talked about growing up with Tulikihihifo.
