Three historic properties along 100 South in Salt Lake City hit the market this week — two are being pitched as ripe for redevelopment, while the third is seeking restoration of a single family home.
The properties — located at 63. S. 400 East, 411 E. 100 South and 419 E. 100 South in the Central City neighborhood — each carry seven-figure price tags, and all were listed earlier this week. All the properties are zoned as MU-8, which carries a maximum height of 75 feet by right and up to 90 feet though a design review.
Two properties are being marketed as aging buildings that would be redevelopment opportunities. Online listings indicate those properties, the old Chateau Normandie site at 63. S 400 East and the Weir Mansion at 419 E. 100 South, could each house multifamily developments…
