Today on GTU, Surae was joined by the gut health coach himself, Christopher Peterson to discuss why health-related resolutions fail. Peterson says most people try to force change with extreme diets or workout routines but he says “when the body feels stressed, it resists change, which leads to burnout, inflammation, and inconsistency.” He says lasting health change starts with “awareness of energy, digestion, and stress, paired with simple nervous system support.”
