SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Like most living things, the buzzing bees in the ABC4 backyard need water. However, Salt Lake City’s water supply may face significant challenges in the future.
Almost all of Salt Lake City’s water supply comes from snowpack in the Wasatch Mountains. Reservoirs store the water before passing it to treatment plants, where it is then sent to homes throughout the city.
